I walked into a Vietnamese Supermarket today and was mind-boggled at all the crazy foods that I either had no idea what it was or I did know what it was- but didn't know was edible.
I'm not a fan of Americanized versions of these foods and was hoping to find some source that teaches how to use these unfamiliar ingrediants. I'd especially like to get some answers from someone who regularly shops at any of these Asian market type stores. I'd be fine with any other Oriental styles as well: Thai, Chinese, Korean, and maybe Japanese.

I heard there's a book called, "100 Ways to Wok Your Dog".
