Gluten free pizza, pear, blackberry honey truffle, table pickles/veggie salad, and mug o' miso.

The gluten-free pizza crust is made from a crust recipe at Bob's Red Mill, cheese, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. This pizza dough is hands-down the best GF pizza dough we've found. It cooks up like focaccia or Boboli pizza dough, and is a little surprising on the first try because it's more like a batter than a dough! But it has a deliciously chewy texture. Brad bakes this up for me whenever I have a craving for pizza. Notes: while many kosher gelatines are vegan, not all are, so read the label carefully. This can be made low-fat with use of light cheese; pizza is very forgiving of low-fat or smaller amounts of cheese, because much of the flavor is in the other toppings.

Half a pear, sliced and dipped in lemon water to keep it from browning. Gipson Golden's dark choclate and blackberry honey truffle. (Omit or add an extra piece of fruit or vegetable to be low-fat and lower in sugars.)

Table pickle vegetable salad left over from yesterday's lunch.

Mug o' miso: silicone cup containing two tsp. miso paste, some pre-cubed tofu and green onions. Put that into a mug, add hot water, and let steep five minutes, then stir vigorously.

This is in a small two layer bento that I got from Daiso and a normal tupperware container. It all fits, with room to spare (I put a cloth napkin in) into the Mr. Bento cloth carrying container, so it's great if you want to alternate containers or have foods that don't fit as well into the round container, like pizza.
