Homemade coconut flour cake* with lemon frosting (gfcf and based off this recipe), tuna fish with sesame oil, almond oil, and Claussen pickles, Breton wheat crackers, yellow carrots and orange cherry tomatoes from our CSA with homemade ranch dressing, roasted garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds and golden raisins*, homemade toasted bagels with homemade strawberry freezer jam* and cream cheese to spread, hot green-and-black tea*, orange juice.

Caramel Apple boxed up as a gift for our neighbor.

... we made our first homemade caramel apples ever today. I had this perfect gift box that just fit one apple, which I brought over to a neighbor who always helps us with our pets.
