I have to make a dish from Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic for a project at school. It can only be from those 4 countries, not Mexico. There has to be about (or a bit more than) 5 ingredients. I need the recipe. It can be a appetizer, main dish, dessert or drink.
