For a school project I'm representing Pakistan, and I thought bringing in some good Pakistani food would be cool.

One of my favorite Pakistani dishes is Nihari. My aunt from Karachi makes it the best. I don't have her recipe, but these look good:

It is a gravy with cubes of meat. Chopped fresh ginger and jalepenos/serranos can be served on top. It's eaten with naan bread, and is a traditional Pakistani breakfast food.
You can use beef, lamb or goat for the meat, I've even seen chicken.
